I recently purchased some ABB Steel Bars from bodybuilding.com and one of the free samples available was ABB Performance Speed Stack PUMPED N.O. I have never tried this stuff before so I thought I'd toss it in with my order. Now ABB is owned by Optimum Nutrition and I have always been very pleased with the ABB products I have tried so I was pretty optimistic going into this workout. ABB Performance Speed Stack PUMPED N.O. mixed very well and the blue raspberry flavor was great! There was nothing weird about it and no strange aftertaste. I also had a great workout - I conquered the 340 bench pyramid and did a 5x5 of barbell bent over rows with 200 lbs - a new personal best. I capped it off with some tricep work and was still feeling great - no jitters - just a solid flow of energy and endurance.
