Another product from APS (all pro science). This time it's their preworkout supplement, PreCharge. Just like APS' other products, this one is 100% natural. The flavor I have for this video review is fruit punch. Some highlights of PreCharge:

I had a good experience with PreCharge. I consumed it prior to completing the Supersets for Super Growth Chest workout. And in this workout, I had great energy and stamina. If you watch the workout, I was able to rip off rep after rep near the middle and end of my workout without decreasing the weights. Even though the product contains no NO boosting ingredients, I still managed a good pump. And the taste and mixability were both very good. 8/10 for taste, and 9/10 for mixability. Overall a good product.
Another benefit of PreCharge that I noted in the video is the caffeine content. It only contains 30 mg. Now I admit, there are times when I workout at 8 am or 10 am and I haven't had my morning coffee yet, and I want 100, 200, or even 300 mg of caffeine. However, say I couldn't make it to the gym (garage) until 8pm or 10pm, then PreCharge comes in handy with that limited caffeine dose. I can take this before my workout, and not be up all night bouncing around from my caffeine high. So, another nice subtle benefit.
