Arnold Arms Workout with a @Musclepharmpres Twist

WOW, if you are looking to totally destroy your arms, the Arnold Arms Workout with a @Musclepharmpres twist will get the job done. This workout is nuts. 4 rounds of 5 supersets - 40 exercises of biceps and triceps! The straight bar curls to start the show combined with the skull crushers were enough to get me feeling it...however I still had 15 supersets left! By the end I was burnt and using light weight and still feeling the burn. When y ou combine an Arnold workout and MusclePharm you know you'll be in for a treat! Workout took about an hour so make sure you have adequate time of you do this one!

DB Hammer Curl-12 reps
Straight Bar pushdowns-20 full reps 20 partial
5 sets

SuperSet:
Incline Alternate DB Curls-6 reps (5 count twist) then 4 more
Overhead Rope press-out from bottom pulley-15 reps
5 sets

SuperSet:
Concentration Curl-12 reps
1 Arm kickback-12 reps
5 sets
