Assault AirBike Conditioning Workout

Every now and then you need a sweat workout.  I will typically do something like this on Saturdays and back-off from the heavy weights.

  • 30 Cal. Assault AirBike
  • 25 Sit Ups
  • 20 Dumbbell Lunges
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
