This a Baked Honey Almond Salmon Recipe Review of the recipe found on Bodybuilding.com. This recipe was very quick to prepare and the best part was that it tasted awesome. As you'll see in the video, be sure to use enough honey. I would say 1-2 tbsp would be good. I did not use that much when I made mine as i'd never cooked with honey on my salmon before so I went conservative.

Ingredients

  • Salmon Filet
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp sliced almonds

Directions

  • Thaw salmon filet
  • Spray tin foil sheet with non-stick spray
  • place salmon skin-side down on foil
  • drizzle with honey
  • top with almonds
  • bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes

Depending on your salmon filet: ~150 calories, 4g fat, 22g protein
