Thanks Clay and Eric, I'll look into those. I appreciate the help! I work second shift and I work 6 days a week and 10 hour days, 2:45 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. and trying to fit any 'shopping around' and having to go out and about is kind of tough and a nuisance for me. I lift a lot at work, and I mean anywhere from 3 to 4 ton a night, and I have a treadmill here at the house and I go to a gym for the elliptical and lifting. I'd love to amp up my energy without any caffeine--all be it in either a 'green tea extract' or a bunch of vitamin B cocktails because then I get the 'niacin flush' which makes me uncomfortable. Do you have a link to the websites that sell those Clay? I'm new to working out. I do a lot of cardio to lose weight and I've gotten myself to a weight that I'm comfortable with and healthier with likewise. I have high blood pressure, which I take meds for, but my last visit to my doctor showed me that I've had consistent lower blood pressure since the weight loss over time and I'm about to be taken off of my meds. I steer clear of anything caffeinated and this poses a great question for me as well as Luke. Any suggestions on which would be the best pre-workout in my case?
