This is a review for the post-workout supplement AfterGlow from BioRhythm. The product contains 20 grams protein, 32 grams carbs, 7.5 grams glutamine, and 2:1:1 ratio BCAAs. Pretty solid lineup for a post workout drink.
I had the watermelon flavor, and although I don't usually enjoy watermelon flavored things in general, this was pretty dang good. I would give it a 9/10 for taste. Overall, the product has great ingredients, and great taste. However, I just looked up the price for a 4.23 lb. tub on bodybuilding.com and its going for $125.95. OUCH! I do believe it is a great product, but I, personally would never pay that price. If you can afford it, go for it. Otherwise, there are other products out there that compare pretty favorably to this one.
