This is a review of the Body Fortress Super Whey Liquid Protein Shot. After trying out the New Whey Liquid protein, I noticed that on the shelves of Wal Mart, Body Fortress had a competing product - the Super Whey Protein Shot. This one was priced at $1.99, contained 110 calories, 0 fat and 26g protein. The taste was decent for a liquid protein. It went down easy with only a slight protein aftertaste. As far as price, we're comparable to the higher end protein bars that contain the 25-30g of protein. I would recommend this product for times when you don't want to down an entire protein bar and want some pure protein with no extra sugars or fats.
