This is my Amino Recovery Review: I recently finished off the 10-serving trial size tub of the Bodybuilding.com Higher Power Amino Recovery supplement. I was pretty intrigued by this product mainly due to the price. I got 10 servings for $6.99. Upon taking the product for ten days, I have nothing bad to say about it. The taste was very good, smooth and it mixed well. The nutrient profile was fine as it contains 2.5g glutamine, 2.0g leucine, 1.0g citrulline. Overall, I think it worked as expected. I may have noticed some less soreness and and better recovery - but more importantly is I didn't notice the reverse! This was not labeled as a post-workout supplement, but mainly a rest and recovery as the instructions said to take 1 scoop upon waking. I will probably will purchase this product again.
