I found this workout on bodybuilding.com. It apparently is one of the routines Branch Warren would use in his training for the 2012 Arnold Classic. If you aren't familiar with Branch Warren, he is a beast. He is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. He stands at 5'7 and weighs in at 255lbs of pure muscle, just ridiculous. He has won multiple bodybuilding contests and he did win the Arnold Classic in 2011 and 2012. So when I came across one of his routines, I figured I would give it a shot. The dude is a freak of nature, so he obviously knows what he is doing. One thing I did notice is that he was not super strict on form. As I note in the video, he did some kind of "half reps," and wasn't too strict on his raises, but he used super heavy weight. I attempted to do the workout similar to Branch (with a lot less weight), so my form may be a little compromised for some lifts.
I enjoyed this workout. I liked all of the exercises in it, and it was nice to incorporate some drop sets and a superset at the end. I had a pretty good pump going that was resonating through my whole upper body. If you are looking for a shoulder workout, this is a good one to try. The workout as posted by bodybuilding.com can be found here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/2012-road-to-the-arnold-branch-warren-shoulder-workout.html
