Ingredients

  • 1/2cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop whey protein vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tbsp fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • Ice for desired thickness
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix well
