The cinnamon wasn't overpowering and it reminded me of a sweet cinnamon roll frosting with a hint of cinnamon. It was actually REALLY good. Aside from the taste it mixed well and has a solid nutrient profile with 25g protein, 130 calories and only 1.5g fat. Highly recommended.
