Here is my video review of Turbulence. This is a pre-workout supplement from Champion Performance.
Turbulence contains just a handful of ingredients, but most of them I consider vital to a pre-workout supplement. For starters, Turbulence gives you Citrulline Malate and Agmatine Sulfate to pack a PUMP. Next you get Beta Alanine for decreased muscle fatigue. Also included for energy and focus are caffeine, taurine, L-tyrosine, and L-Theanine. And finally, Turbulence wraps up with some thermogenic ingredients: yohimbe extract and Advantra Z (bitter orange)
Supplement Facts:
Citrulline Malate: 3000mg Beta Alanine: 1600 mg Taurine: 1000 mg Agmatine sulfate: 500 mg Caffeine: 200 mg L-Tyrosine: 500 gm L-Theonin: 50 mg Advantra Z: 200 mg Yohimba Extract: 15 mg
Overall, I would say this is a pretty dang good lineup. The ingredient list doesn't go on and on, it is basically limited to the necessities, and that's what I like. Now, for starters, I LOVE the amount of caffeine. For me, I think right around 200 mg is my sweet spot for a pre-workout drink. This amount really gets me going, plus it gives me some leeway for a cup of coffee or two in the morning without downing 500 mg of caffeine total for the day. I will admit that I was a little bit leery about only 1.6 grams of beta-alanine, but I definitely felt the "itch" going into the workout, and I hammered through my entire workout pretty successfully. I definitely had a good pump going, and my energy was great. Now, part of this has to deal with me just putting in the hard work, however, I think Turbulence had the ingredients to aid my hard work in achieving a successful workout. The flavor I had for this review was Wicked Apple. Now, just to be clear, I am not a big Green/Sour Apple fan to begin with, I can tolerate it, but its not my favorite of flavors. The Wicked Apple flavor from Turbulence was definitely drinkable for me, and the flavor was actually a good tasting Green/Sour Apple flavor. If you like Sour Apple flavored things, then you will most likely like this flavor. It mixed up decently with a few particles on the bottom and a little foamage, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Overall, I would definitely use this product again and I would recommend to try it if you can get your hands on some.
