This was a great workout for me to mix it up a bit. I typically like to go low reps, heavy weight with my chest workouts, but this workout allowed me to incorporate tons of sets and reps while using moderate weight. The workout contains a couple supersets with some incline and decline movements mixed in, and continues with DB pullovers (The classic Arnold expand your ribcage lift), and we finish off with Flat Bench Press 21's, which is something that was new to me, and it whooped my butt!

I would recommend trying this workout. I had a great pump, and my chest was pretty much smashed by the end. As I note in the video, keep in mind this is a high rep-moderate weight workout, that will help build overall mass. It is also important to lift heavy weights if your main goals are increasing strength, however, this workout could easily be added to your routine to mix it up a bit. Below is a video of the full workout, and a list of the exercises/sets/reps performed.

Incline Bench Press: 15, 12, 10, 8, 6
Increasing weight with each set. Go heavy!
--superset with--
Incline Cable Flyes: 20, 20, 20, 20, 20 (I did DB flyes)
Use a moderate weight and focus on the squeeze with these!

Decline Dumbbell Press: 12, 10, 8, 6
Increasing weight with each set. Go heavy!
--superset with--
Decline Dumbbell Flyes: 15, 15, 15, 15
Use a moderate weight and focus on the squeeze with these!

Dumbbell Pull-Overs: 15, 12, 10, 8
Increasing weight with each set. Go heavy!

Barbell Bench Press 21's: 21, 21, 21, 21
Start out with 7 reps going from your chest, halfway up and back down. Then perform 7 negatives, going slow on the way down and exploding up. Finally, perform 7 full reps for a total of 21 reps. Increasing weight with each set.

DONE!
