Chocolate Avocado Protein Shake Recipe

This is a recipe for a chocolate avocado protein shake.  If you're looking for a protein shake that packs a punch and will provide you with not only tons of protein, but your healthy fats as well, look no further.  This avocado protein shake only has 4 ingredients and can be made in about 3 minutes.  Feel free to add 2.5c of water if you don't like the thickness.  It doesn't alter the taste at all.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5c water
  • handful of ice
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

smash it all in the blender and chug
