Are you a coffee junkie who likes to workout? Try this chocolate mocha protein shake with peppermint extract and get the best of both worlds. You get your morning coffee and a nice shot of whey protein. Best part is the drink will only have 180 calories, 2g fat and 28g of protein. The perfect way to start your morning. In the video I used instant coffee and Rivalus Promasil chocolate protein powder, but feel free to sub-in your favorite protein powder and even use cold coffee. You could probably even put the entire recipe in a shaker cup. The ice cubes wouldn't be ground up, but it would probably still work!

Ingredients:

  • 1c milk
  • 1-2 scoops chocolate whey protein
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar free chocloate pudding mix
  • 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 drops peppermint extract
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Mix it all up and drink it
