I got this french toast recipe from the Infinite Kitchen Facebook Page. They usually post some good stuff. After scanning the ingredients, I had all of them already, so I decided to try it out. I am glad I did. This is probably the best french toast I have ever made. I usually just whip up some egg whites, cinnamon, and use whole grain bread, but this recipe used protein powder and a couple other ingredients. Each slice of french toast, the way I made it will contain 188 calories, about 2.3 grams of fat, and 22 grams of protein! Pretty solid for french toast. The directions and ingredients are listed below, taken from Infinite Kitchen FB page.

Directions:
In a shaker container mix egg whites, protein, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Shake until ingredients are well incorporated. Pour liquid into a large dish or bowl. Soak bread slices in liquid on each side. Be sure to let bread sit long enough to absorb all the liquid. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Spray with non-stick spray just before placing bread slices on skillet. Cook on each side until golden brown. Arrange cinnamon toast on plate and sprinkle crushed pecans on top.
