This is a review of Controlled Labs Pronom 23 blended protein powder in the chocolate cupcake batter flavor. Right on the front of the package they state that they have a "no clump protein matrix" - And it lived up to that statement. Promon 23 mixed up extremely thin and smooth. The flavor was great - a different sort of chocolate flavor, but definitely a solid chocolate protein. Pronom 23 also contains 6 different types of quality proteins so it will be a sustained release which makes it perfect for post workout or before bedtime - basically drink this powder anytime you need some protein. At 140 cals, 23g protein and 4g fat per scoop, it falls pretty much right in-line with other blended protein powders on the market. I would recommend Pronom 23 to anyone when the price is right.
Controlled Labs has now impressed me twice with the two products I have reviewed (White Flood and Promon 23). I am looking forward to trying more of their products in the future.
