Controlled Labs has recently announced the release of a new pre-workout supplement called White Rapids. Controlled Labs has stated that White Rapids will replace the popular supplement White Flood Reborn. Controlled Labs White Rapids will come in a 50 serving tub weighing in at 390g.
From looking at the nutrition label, White Rapids appears to be more of a two-scoop type of supplement as the cafeine content only clocks-in at 150mg and the citrulline malate is listed at 3g. Getting 300mg caffeine, 6g of citrulline malate and 1g of agmatine would set you up right for a nice little set of squats.
