While I love to eat my protein oatmeal and eggs and bacon for breakfast most days, I often need to mix things up in order to stay on track and keep things interesting. This Cookies 'n Cream Protein Waffles Recipe made with Champion Performance Cookies n' Cream whey is just the ticket. These waffles turned out awesome and tasted great. It only took a few minutes to whip-up and I had an extremely healthy meal which was low in fat and packed with healthy protein and carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/4 cup oats (blended into oat flour)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • stevia to taste (for a sweeter waffle)
  • 1/4 cup cookies 'n cream Champion Performance Pure Whey Plus

Directions

  1. Combine cooked sweet potato and egg whites until smooth
  2. Add all dry ingredients
  3. Spoon about 3/4c of your batter onto waffle iron - cook for 5 minutes or until done
  4. Top with low calorie syrup
