I have had good experiences with Prosupps Creatine Monohydrate and Promera Product.... I did try Axis Labs Creatine Ethyl Ester... honestly I could not tell if it supported my goals and body composition or not. For what it is worth. I keep reading about Creatine supplementation.... it seems like how much and timing of when you take it is key to utilization and how you absorb it.
