I recently completed the Crossfit Workout of the Day (WOD) from the main site on 8/14/12. I had to substitute thrusters for wall balls since I don't have all of the equipment. I've never tried wall balls before so I'm hoping a 45lb thruster is a good substitution for a 20lb wall ball. Prior to this workout I had ran 2.5 miles in the morning, and about 5 minutes before the WOD, I had just finished Stronglifts Workout B which was heavy squats and military press - and also did heavy dead lifts the day before, so I was a tad gassed to begin with. I posted a time of 14:10. My first two sets of double-unders sucked, but I started getting the hang of it later in the workout.
