This was one workout of three I did as part of a conditioning day. It is a CrossFit style WOD and consists of Bench Press, Muscle Ups and GHD Situps. It was solid and I definitely was feeling a bit sore from Stronglifts the day before. The muscle ups took me the longest, but due to my ring height, I can only really do singles.
