My December Fit Box from MyPlatinumBox.com was filled with a pile of stuff I had never tried before. One of these items was a pre workout supplement called Monster Pump from CytoSport (Sour Grape flavor). Overall, I would rate this product good for taste, but only average for effectiveness when compared to some of my favorite pre workout supplements. Overall, I would not totally discourage anyone from trying this product, however it might be a good idea to start with a sample instead of jumping into a complete tub to ensure it jives with your body. The ingredient list is actually very good and I look forward to trying it again to ensure I wasn't having an off day when I took the sample.
