Lately, I am going to make an attempt to increase my BCAA consumption. I plan on using daily BCAAs, as well as increasing my daily amount on training days. In order to accomplish this, I needed to stock up. Enter Dymatize Elite Recoup. Here is my review for the product, and specifically the Lemonade flavor.

The Supplement facts of Dymatize Elite Recoup are pretty darn good. I like the BCAA content and the additional glutamine and Citrulline Malate for an intra-workout drink. To go along with the great supp facts, the taste and mixability were excellent. I compared the taste to a lemon drop hard candy. The product mixed very well with water, and was free of clumps.
At $23 for 30 servings, this is right on par with other similar products. I thought it was a good deal and went for a whole tub :)
