ISO 100 has the quintessential nutrient profile of a whey isolate - it has 100 cals, 0g fat and 25g of protein per scoop with less than one gram of sugar - exactly what you want in an isolate.
As far as taste and mixability - top notch! It appears to have a micronized powder - it's very fine and appears to kind of stick together (not in clumps). It mixed perfectly and tasted great. It was a tad sweet, but since the flavor was birthday cake, I am guessing this was on purpose.
