It had 280 calories, 25g protein and 8g fat, so pretty typical for a protein bar. However, I does contain 7g of saturated fat which seems to be a little on the high-end as far as saturated fat is concerned. Overall, if you're looking for a meal replacement bar the taste was awesome and if you have room for the fat in your diet, give this bar a try.
