This is my Epiq Strength Review of the fruit punch flavor. Epiq strength is a concentrated supplement whose main ingredients are Creatine HCl and beta alanine. At first glance, it appeared to be under-dosed, however I soon realized there was 60 servings in the little tub which would give me a total of 1.5g of Creatine HCl per scoop and .5g of beta alanine - which is a tad under-dosed if you are going to use this as your main source of beta alanine, however since your pre-workout supplement will usually contain beta-alanine, it may be a good thing that there is not the full 3.2g serving. So if we evaluate this as a Creatine HCl supplement, it is solid and holds its own with others on the market.

EPIQ Strength Review Highlights

  • 60 servings per container - I'd recommend 2 scoops to get 1.5g Creatine HCl
  • Taste was good - smelled funny, tasted great
  • only .5g beta alanine, but this is fine since it is not a pre-workout supplement
  • Recommendation: GOOD
