This is my Evlution Nutrition ENGN review. ENGN is a pre-workout supplement brought to us by EVLution Nutrition. ENGN is formulated to provide us with intense energy, explosive power and amplified pumps during our workout and that is exactly what I experienced during my workout.
My experience with ENGN was great. For me, if a pre-workout supplement tastes like garbage or is grainy, I will not buy it. ENGN passed these tests with flying colors. It mixed up very well (no grains) and the taste was great. It almost had a lemonade flavor to it, but regardless, it was refreshing and went down easy.
The performance was also top-notch. I took this stuff on a relatively empty stomach and had a solid 50 minute workout comprised of some strength elements and some endurance metcons. ENGN carried me through my workout, and did not upset my stomach. I'd recommend ENGN to anyone looking for a new pre-workout supplement as it did not disappoint.
