Just wanted to pass on my opinion of a pre-workout that is formulated for women, since there's no way for you guys to try it and have an estrogen loaded response ;)
I've used MusclePharm's FitMiss Ignite twice now and I like it. The orange flavor was pretty good too. The first time, I didn't pay attention to how much water to use. I just dropped it into a 1/2 full bottle and downed it. I felt a little dizzy about 15 minutes later, and even immediately after workout. Today, I read that it's to be mixed into a full bottle. I had zero side effects and great energy once again. I have to be careful of what pre-workout I use, because I take ADHD meds (stimulants) also. In my opinion, it's definitely a great product.
