Full Body Barbell Workout.

It is what it says it is. A full body workout, and the only equipment you need is a barbell.

The workout consists of 10 exercises, and 100 reps of each exercise. You must complete all 100 reps of an exercise before moving on to the next exercise.

The reps can be broken up however you like. I e noted in parentheses below how mine ended up, for your reference.

10 sets of 100, all with an empty barbell. It took me about 32 minutes to finish.

1. 100 barbell lunges (100)
2. 100 bench press (100)
3. 100 skull crushers (34, 33, 33)
4. 100 curls (34, 33, 33)
5. 100 shrugs (100)
6. 100 military press (50, 50)
7. 100 stiff leg deadlift (34, 33, 33)
8. 100 bent over rows (60, 40)
9. 100 toes 2 bar...bell (25, 25, 25, 25)
10. 100 toe raise (100)

I like to use this workout on the weekends for an "active" rest day.
