Try this Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli recipe to add some life to your bodybuilding meals. Time and time again we find ourselves downing a plain chicken breast, brown rice and some veggies. While it is quick and easy, it soon becomes old and bland. This recipe will spice up your meals and literally only takes 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 5c Broccoli Florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 Lemon - Juiced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with pam.
  3. Place broccoli into a large glass bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
  4. Add garlic, salt, peppper and gently toss to coat
  5. Put broccoli evenly on the cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
  7. Serve immediately, sprinkled with Parmesan and lemon juice.

*If this is part of your meal prep, do not add the lemon juice until you're ready to eat (or omit altogether) as the citrus can breakdown the broccoli.
