This is my GAT JetMass review. JetMass from GAT is a power packed creatine post-workout supplement that has pretty much everything you'd look for to maximize your creatine supplement. JetMass supports recovery from resistance exercise and promotes exercise-induced gains in lean muscle mass, strength, and overall performance.
It contains many different types of creatine (including German Creatine) along with insulin boosting ingredients to increase the uptake. Combine that with a solid BCAA profile and an anti-catabolic matrix, glutamine and we have one solid post-workout creatine drink.
JetMass does not contain any protein. The flavor of orange cream was awesome! The only drawback was they use a proprietary blend so we're not 100% sure how much of everything we're getting.
