My December JackedPack included a sample of the pre workout GAT Nitraflex. The packaging looked a bit scary - kind of like something you'd see at a hospital and trying to read the ingredients was even a bit scarier as they used the scientific names for all of the ingredients. I had to do quite a bit of research to figure out that the main components in the supplement were Caffeine, Beta Alanine and Citrulline - but unless you are a chemist you would not have known that from simply reading the back of the package. Overall the supplement was OK. I do give it a 9/10 for taste, but effectiveness was average. The flavor I had was pineapple and I would have rather have just taken Pineapple C4 which tastes better and is more effective. Overall, the product is a bit old school and there are newer innovations and products out there that are much better than GAT Nitraflex.
