Monday is typically chest/back day
But as always we start with some variation of Squats. It is supposed to be 5 rep pauses. I'm a fan of working up to a heavy single, so that's what I did. The video shows my top set of 275 lbs bar weight through 200 lbs of bands.
Deadlift- up to 495 sumo off a thin mat
Then some 3:1 back to chest.
Video shows my first set of DB presses: 22 reps with the hundos. Next sets were 18, 16, 15.
