Today was mainly arms and shoulders.
Highlight of today's workout for me was my Military press. I changed up the rep scheme a bit to go heavier with less reps. My top set was 200 x 5 which is in the video.
Also, today was day 259 of 400 meters of walking lunges. I'll post more about that later.
