This recipe is for all you folks who are avoiding gluten. Maybe you think it's bad for your gut or maybe when you eat gluten you have an allergic reaction. For whatever reason you're avoiding gluten, you shouldn't have to deprive yourself from eating brownies. I mean who doesn't love a nice piece of gluten free, thin, dense, chocolate cake! You can even take it one step further and top it with some protein ice cream!
This is an adaptation of a few recipes I have found while scouring the internet. I like this one because it doesn't have a ton of ingredients, and let's be honest, any recipe with more than 10 ingredients scares me. So here you have it, a gluten free brownie recipe with coconut flour.
