Don't do that to your body, get the proper nutrition everyday and work hard to get the results you want, no short cuts!!!

I did it and lost 6 pounds. The diet provides plenty of carbs, fats and protein each day. The 3rd day is the worst since that day provides the least amount of calories. After I completed it I went back to eating normally and with my work outs I have lost another 5 and I'm keeping it off. No coffee after the first day was a downer but it wasn't that bad and at no point did I feel hungry. There isn't anything wrong with this diet. Give it a shot.
