Healthy Bacon Cheeseburger, French Fries and Chocolate Milk Shake

I have been on a pretty strict training and nutrition plan for the past 6 weeks and my cravings were starting to get the best of me. I just wanted a burger and fries! I however did not want to pile down 70 grams of fat and feel guilty after hitting the Hardee's drive-thru so I decided to be creative and make my own healthy bacon cheeseburger, healthy french fries and a healthy chocolate shake. I ended up using a 93/7 turkey burger, a whole wheat sandwich thin, 2 slices of turkey bacon and fat free shredded cheese for the burger. For the fries I used 1 potato, a little olive oil and sodium free seasoning. For the shake I used bsn syntha-6 isolate chocloate milkshake flavor, some milk, coffee creamer and ice.

The end result was awesome. The burger tasted legit, the fries hit the spot and the shake was great. My meal did have 700 calories, 65g protein and just under 20g fat (10 came from the burger).

Healthy Bacon Cheese Burger Ingredients:

  • 100% whole wheat sandwich thin
  • Jenny-o 93/7 turkey burger
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/8c fat free cheese
Just cook all these up and put them on a bun

Healthy French Fries

  • 1 potato
  • 2 tsp sodium free seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Peel potato and cut into french fry sized pieces.
  2. Put into plastic bag
  3. Pour in olive oil and seasoning
  4. Blow air into bag and seal
  5. Shake around
  6. Bake @ 400 for about 30 minutes

Healthy Chocolate Protein Shake

  • 1c milk
  • 1tbsp fat free coffee creamer
  • 1 scoop BSN Syntha-6 Isolate - Chocolate milkshake flavor
  • Ice

Blend it all together
