Healthy Cashew Dip Recipe

If you're looking for a quick snack that is loaded with healthy fats, give this cashew dip a try.  It only takes 5 minutes to whip up and tastes awesome.  By controlling the ingredients you can avoid many of the additives and chemicals you'd find in traditional dips.

Healthy Cashew Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1c raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1/4c water
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chiles
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients (except cilantro) into the blender and blend.  Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Stir in cilantro and serve
