If you're in the mood for a gourmet-style pizza, try the healthy chicken artichoke pizza recipe. We use the signature SixPackSmackdown crust technique to give us the perfect crispy crust, but that's where the normalcy ends! We use tomatoes for the sauce, artichokes, canned chicken, and some other fancy schmancy ingredients which result in an extremely quick, easy, and healthy gourmet pizza.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 can chicken breast
  • 1/4c fat free mozzarella
  • Dried Basil (optional)
  • Marinated Artichoke Hearts - 1 heart

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, toast both sides of both tortillas.
  2. Top one tortilla with a pinch of mozzarella
  3. Put second tortilla on top
  4. Slice roma tomato into 9 thin slices and place on top tortilla
  5. sprinkle with garlic powder and baisil
  6. Top with artichoke hearts (as much as you want)
  7. Top with 1 whole can of drained chicken breast
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese
  9. Bake at 450 for 3-5 minutes (until cheese melts and it's hot)
