Healthy Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Yogurt Bars On A Stick

This recipe is not crammed with protein, but it serves as a perfect bedtime treat for those of you following Cory Gregory's anabolic fasting diet. We typically avoid dairy when anabolic fasting so you can either bend the rules or have these bad boys on your cheat day.

Ingredients
3 bananas
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup plain yogurt (I used non-fat, you can use other varieties - just ensure it is low in sugar)
2 tablespoons honey (optional - feel free to adjust according to taste or leave it out to lessen the amount of sugar)

Instructions
Put all ingredients, except the honey, into your blender and give it hell
Taste it, add honey if you want it sweeter
Pour mixture into popsicle molds or dixie cups with popsicle sticks and freeze it for at least an hour or three
