If you've been following a bodybuilding diet, there's no doubt you've probably eaten your fair share of chicken breasts. Often times people will fall into a rut and eat the plain old chicken breasts day in and day out and before you know it you've gotten bored with plain chicken and fall off the wagon. One way to spice-up your chicken is through the use of a healthy chicken marinade recipe. This Garlic Lime Chicken recipe is quick, easy and only contains two ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1/4c Lime Juice
  • 2 Cloves Garlic

Directions

  1. Combine the lime juice and garlic in a gallon ziploc bag.
  2. Drop in 1.b of chicken breast meat and massage with hands until marinade covers the chicken
  3. Put in chicken for about an hour (do not leave any longer)
  4. Bake in the oven or toss on the grill
