The only thing I would watch out for is the sodium content. I did calculate it out, and the recipe I show in the video comes out to about 8-10 servings. With each serving containing approximately 175 calories, 1.5grams fat, and 20 grams protein.

I usually cook on low for 3 hours, then leave it on the "warm" setting for the rest of the day.
