Keto Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

This slow cooker keto chicken cacciatore recipe is perfect for when you don't have time to cook.  Just dump everything into the crock pot, turn it on and come tome to a delicious crock-pot keto supper.  You can also easily make a double or triple batch and eat it for a few days in a row which limits how much cooking you have to do for the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28-oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Season chicken and place in bottom of your crock pot
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a separate bowl, mix and pour on top
  3. Cook for 6-8 hours
