The first thing I noticed about Speed X3 had nothing to do with the effects of the product or the taste. I noticed that the amount of powder per serving was probably less than a tsp. It's kind of nice not having to down so much powder. I would have to say that is the least amount of powder per serving I think I have had in a preworkout supplement. For this review, I used 2 full servings. As far as the effects of the product, I thought it was really good. My energy level was good prior to my workout, however, I didn't get a huge burst of energy heading into my workout. I would say that I noticed my energy level stayed quite high as I neared the end of my workout. I had increased stamina and endurance. I also obtained a good pump with Speed X3. To go along with the good performance, the taste of the Rasp. Lemonade was very good. It had a very mild lemonade flavor, and if you like Rasp. Lemonade, I would think you would enjoy the taste of this product. Speed X3 also mixed up very well and went down smoothly. This was a good product and I look forward to the 30 serving tub I have!
