Got this recipe from Infinite Kitchen. It was pretty good, and quick shake to make and as a bonus, I pretty much had most ingredients on hand.
1 cup Ice 10 oz water 1/2 frozen banana 1/4 cup oats scoop vanilla protein powder (I used NitroTech) 2 tbsp sugar free/fat free lemon pudding mix
Mix all ingredients in blender and eat! Calories- 225 Fat- 4 grams carbs- 18 grams fiber- 2 grams protein- 30
