This is a LiftaG Sport ULift Review. ULift is a pre workout supplement and the flavor I tried was fruit punch. I have to say, this was a rather unique fruit punch flavor and I actually enjoyed it. It went down smooth and mixed up really well. One scoop was relatively under-dosed for me however and since I only had a sample with one scoop I don't think I got the full effect from this supplement. I'm not going to run out and buy an entire tub, but if I had two scoops I'd definitely give it another shot.
