I recently found a few websites about how Lou Ferrigno used to train back in the 70's. Combining those articles along with watching a few of his training videos, I was able to piece together one of his bicep and back workouts. The interresting thing Lou did with his bicep work was to keep the reps the same, but continue to add weight to each set and really struggle through them. I have to say I did feel a different type of pump during this workout and really enjoyed changing it up this way.
I would definitely recommend this workout to anyone willing to give it a shot!
