Low Carb Keto French Toast Chaffle Recipe

Just another keto-friendly recipe for mimicking the bread you wish you could eat.

Here is an awesome tasting low-carb, Keto approved french toast recipe.  This is based on the viral "Chaffle" that has taken the internet by storm.  It is basically a cheese and egg based mixture fried up in a waffle iron.  My kids smashed these things for breakfast today, and it literally took one minute to whip up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4tsp baking powder
  • cinnamon to taste
  • pinch of shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened

Directions

Mix all the stuff up in a bowl and put it on a waffle iron until it is cooked, top with sugar free syrup or use as a bun for a breakfast sandwich.
